Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Matribhumi Group collects through the Matribhumi Resort website, why, and the choices you have. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Matribhumi Group for the Matribhumi Resort project. You can reach us at info@matribhumigroup.com or +880 1805-465002, or at Far East Tower, Level 14–15, 35 Topkhana Road, Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Investor meeting form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, what you are interested in, the approximate investment you have in mind, how and when you prefer to be contacted, your message, and whether you agreed to receive construction updates.
Brochure download: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.

With each request we also record the page it was sent from, the website that sent you to us (if any), and, if you accept cookies, the campaign details of the advertisement or link you followed. To stop spam we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, not the address itself.

How we use your information

To answer your request, send you the brochure and arrange a call, meeting or site visit.
To follow up about investing in Matribhumi Resort.
To send construction updates, only if you ticked the box for them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To protect the website and our team from spam and misuse.
If you accept cookies, to understand how visitors use the website and which advertisements work.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see your information

Your request is seen only by authorised Matribhumi Group staff. Some services help us run the website and may handle your information for us:

our website hosting provider, which stores the website and the requests you send (its servers may be outside Bangladesh);
our email provider, when we send or receive email about your request;
Google, which supplies the website’s fonts and the map on the Contact page;
analytics or advertising services, only if you accept cookies and only those we have switched on;
a spam-check service, if switched on, which checks that a form is sent by a person.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while we are in contact with you about an investment, and as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

Keeping it safe

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Requests are stored in our content management system, which only authorised staff can open, with individual accounts and optional two-step sign-in. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

Cookies

Cookies and similar storage are small pieces of information saved by your browser.

Always used (needed for the website to work): your cookie choice is remembered on your device so we do not ask again. If you work on the website’s content management system, it uses sign-in cookies; visitors to the website do not receive them.

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.

Only if you accept:

we remember the campaign details of the link or advertisement that brought you here, for this visit only, so we know which advertising works;
analytics or advertising tools we have switched on (for example Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) may set cookies to count visits and measure advertisements.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you reject cookies, the website, the forms and the brochure still work.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw any agreement you gave (for example to construction updates) at any time. Write to info@matribhumigroup.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

Children

This website is meant for adults considering an investment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service to the website. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
